Reminder: Last Workshop on Ports' Clean Air Plan on Tuesday April 27 meeting set for Long Beach City Hall, public invited The last public workshop to gather comments on the proposed update to the San Pedro Bay Ports Clean Air Action Plan (CAAP) will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 27 at Long Beach City Hall, City Council Chambers, 333 W. Ocean Blvd., Long Beach, 90802. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Originally approved in 2006, the CAAP established the most comprehensive strategy ever for reducing port-related air pollution and associated health risks. The plan ushered in an array of air pollution control initiatives. The 2010 CAAP Update proposes new long-term goals and health standards.
